12:15-1:00: Keynote: Planning for a Strategic Recovery, A Q&A with Michael M. Kaiser

Chairman of the DeVos Institute of Arts Management at the University of Maryland and former President of the Kennedy Center, Mr. Kaiser is known as the “Turnaround King,” having led such efforts at the Kansas City Ballet, American Ballet Theatre, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre and the Royal Opera House in London.

1:30-2:45: Racial Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (REDI) in Artistic Programming
